Land Survey Project Manager (Professional Surveyor License Required PLS/LS)

Woolpert seeks a Survey Project Manager with active Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Ohio (PLS) and New York (LS) to lead land surveying and geospatial projects across transportation, infrastructure, and development markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage survey projects from initiation through delivery; develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans; provide technical oversight of boundary, topographic, route, right-of-way, and construction surveys; serve as primary client contact and relationship manager; lead multidisciplinary teams including surveyors and geospatial specialists; support business development and proposal efforts. Required Qualifications: Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of Ohio and New York or ability to obtain both; bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field; significant survey project management experience; proficiency with industry-standard survey, CAD, and geospatial software; experience with transportation and public-sector clients; strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Salary $118,200 - $150,000 USD; $3,000 signing bonus; flexible work arrangements, health insurance, PTO, retirement plan. No visa sponsorship available.
