HYFIX develops positioning and geospatial technology solutions. We are seeking a Product Manager who can connect the needs of surveying professionals with practical product decisions and collaborate across hardware, software, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

About the Role

The Product Manager will help shape and improve products used in land surveying and precision positioning. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of product-related experience and meaningful exposure to surveying, GNSS, RTK, or geospatial workflows. The successful candidate will translate user needs into clear requirements, support product priorities, and work closely with engineers and commercial teams from development through launch.

Key Responsibilities

·      Gather and prioritize customer requirements to guide product roadmaps and release timelines.

·      Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to develop products that meet market needs.

·      Manage the product lifecycle from planning and development through launch and continuous improvement.

·      Lead customer product demonstrations, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

·      Understand surveying workflows and customer needs to improve product functionality and user experience.

·      Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, and release timelines to internal and external stakeholders.

·      Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement activities.

·      Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competing products in GNSS, RTK, LiDAR, and geospatial technology.

·      Track product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree is required.

·      2–3 years of experience in a product-related role, such as product management, engineering, development, or technical support.

·      Must have an understanding of land surveying practices, GNSS, RTK, and emerging geospatial technologies.

·      Experience gathering customer requirements, analyzing feedback, and identifying opportunities for product improvements.

·      Ability to define product features, manage priorities, and support product development timelines.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

·      Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience with GNSS receivers, RTK positioning, base stations, LiDAR, drones, or surveying instruments.

·      Exposure to GIS, mapping applications, field data collection, or surveying software.

·      Experience supporting products that combine hardware, firmware, and software.

·      Experience interacting directly with professional surveyors, dealers, or geospatial customers.

·      Participation in field testing, product demonstrations, or market and competitor analysis.
