Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - AEC

Esri seeks a senior geospatial expert to identify analytical solutions and demonstrate GIS technology's value to enterprise clients within an account team structure. Responsibilities include relationship building (present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions to technical decision-makers); technical leadership serving as subject matter expert for AEC and environmental consulting sectors and coaching team members on best practices; solution design developing strategies addressing client challenges by showing how GIS delivers business value; and communication creating presentations for diverse audiences at conferences and executive meetings. Core requirements: 5+ years with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications); 3+ years in AEC, environmental consulting, or related fields; strong ArcGIS IT knowledge (infrastructure, security, cloud computing); technical consulting and solution design experience; understanding of sales processes and business development; geodatabase and DBMS expertise; cloud platform knowledge (Azure/AWS); programming skills in Python and JavaScript; remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills; ability to travel 25-50%; bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field; U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship). Base salary range: $98,592-$173,576 USD.
