Marine Survey Equipment & Operations Specialist

Woolpert's Maritime Group is hiring a Marine Survey Equipment & Operations Specialist in Port Orchard, WA. The role splits between full lifecycle ownership of marine survey equipment (approximately 60%) and project coordination and financial tracking (approximately 40%). Primary responsibilities include managing inventory of marine survey equipment such as multibeam systems, sonar, and positioning hardware; overseeing equipment checkout, maintenance, calibrations, and shipping logistics; establishing and tracking projects within internal systems for budgeting and cost monitoring; supporting invoicing workflows; and monitoring financial performance metrics. The role requires 3-7+ years of experience in a marine survey, geospatial, or technical equipment environment, OR experience in equipment logistics, operations coordination, or similar. Familiarity with marine survey software tools and project accounting systems is preferred. This is a non-travel, office-based position. Salary range: $65,800-$82,300 USD.
